Transmission: 4l30E auto
Mileage: 132k+
Tire Size: 245/75/16 (29.5")
Gearing: 4.3:1
Weight (if known or approx): 5500 plus about 50# of accessories, plus a 250# driver for daily driving. Loaded up for travel, I weighed in at about 6200 +driver.
On highway MPG: strictly highway: 18mpg. mixed street/hwy: 15mpg
Off highway MPG: 12-ish while trail driving without deep sand or mud.

Notes:
~Tires are badly worn, I would assume -.5" on tire size.
~I'm anal about tracking my mileage at every fillup. This is a good average of the numbers I've tracked over the last year.
~I'm running a full roof rack with a fairing, 3 bars, and mounts for kayaks and bikes. I can increase my mileage about 1mpg by removing it.
~I just installed a set of manual locking hubs. The above numbers are with the stock locked hubs. I expect a mileage increase with these hubs and will add another nore once I have good data.

Man that is good with that 5.7 gas V8. Very similar to what Jonathan Hanson logged with his test of a new Tundra for OJ. If I was going to buy a new full-size truck it would be a Tundra.

ARB bull bar, KOR roof rack, rock rails with approx 3" of lift, and lots of other goodies that probably don't matter much. I'd do better on the highway without the rack and bike holder stuff up there. I drive like a grandma.

The roof rack and spare carrier should make a difference to MPG but I was not able to measure one with them on or off.
