The warning light for the e-brake goes on sporadically.....No clue how to start troubleshooting that, any suggestions? The brake works fine BTW....

Check the fluid as well as the cables for rust, could be hanging up and not fully releasing, my truck does this when it's cold out.

Try topping up the fluid as said,or else the rubber in the brake fluid reservoir cap can get a bit deformed from time to time and cause the handbrake light to stay on

Well, I just replaced the alternator a few months ago. It is still getting quite the oil bath due to the leaking oil cooler pickup lines, but hopefully one of the simple remedies suggested above will do the trick. I'll try to take a look at that in a few days when I get home.

When the light comes on is your rear brake lights on as well? If so then the brake light switch needs to be adjusted or replaced. Mine came on one day and killed the battery. So check that.
