Gen III seats in a Gen ii.5?

My 1998 gen 2.5 fronts are pretty beat up. I can get a nicer pair of 2002 seats locally - any idea if they work? I have been looking at the manuals and cannot tell. I am going to keep searching for info as well and I will be driving out there this afternoon and physically check.

Worst case if they dont bolt right down you could probably modify your 2.5 seat brackets to fit the gen 3 seats. I would dive your monty to go check em out and pull both passenger seats and see how the gen 3 matches up.
