What did you use for the axles or spindles since it doesnt look like a traditional axle??
What are you covering it with steel or aluuminum? I've been wondering for a while now why not reframe my camper with steel instead of aluminum, I don't think it would be any heavier than the cheap wood they used originally.
What thickness for the covering and frame, I'm thinking somehting like .125 for the frame would be sufficient but I thought of using C channel instead of tubing so I could slide the insulation panels into it.
Is that a Ryobi band saw I see in the background? Is it easy to get accurate cuts (90 deg or angled?)
