Good source metric bolts

Yes sadly being in Canada and with shipping it's $55 , to rich for my blood but exactly what I want

if you live near a border just get a mailing address, like Ship Happens or Packages Express, they hold it, email you when its in and charge a nominal fee when you pick up.
The expense in shipping comes from the brokerage firms clearing it through customs. Most often when reentering Canada there are no fees but some times you need to pay a tax.

Surely there is at least one specialty bolt shop in your neck of the woods. If you don't need these bolts/screws yesterday then most stores will include a small order in with their larger orders, assuming that they have access to a distributor that can supply that bolt/screw.

That is surprising. I will look around and see if I have any other options in my notes.

They are a great company, sorry they could not help you.

Metric bolt Canada & US, and another source company to bookmark

Two companies which may be useful:

We find this company a great source of hard to find items.
http://www.allegiscorp.com/
has items such as quality latches, handles, hinges, mounts and much more.

And, in regards to the search for a M10 x1.25 x 40
I think you may have to cut down a 1.50 but this place may have what your are looking for, not sure.

Yeah it's a shame the bolts are so hard to find. Heil coiling the threads to a different pitch or retapping to the next larger size is seeming like the best option.
