Hi all I'm Kris, I am new the this site and I am looking to build an off road capable benroy style trailer. I hVe the plans drawn up for the frame and suspension and all that and I'm going to build the cabin frame out of 14ga steel sq tube and I would like to know what would be the prefers method of skinning such a trailer. I was leaning toward .030 or thicker mill finish alum with a Baltic birch interior with insulation in the walls roof and floor to make it a 4 season camper. But I am open to other ideas. I also would like to hear what the prefers method of bonding would be i.e. Riviets screws adhesives. Thank you much for the input in advance
