I modified this trailer about 7 years ago to accommodate my family of five. The time has come to let her go to a new family that can enjoy her. I started by deleting the military axle and wheels then added gas shocks and cam latches to the side doors. I had steps/platforms welded to both sides. There are BAL leveling jacks at each corner that are capable of lifting the trailer off the ground for leveling or tire changing purposes (even when fully loaded). There is a 40 gallon food grade water tank inside that can either be gravity fed or if you need pressure just hook up the SURFLO pump to the battery. I will also include the propane inline water heater that I never used. The trailer has a pintle hitch and will include the actual vehicle hitch. The trailer is wired for current US vehicles and has newer rear brake/parking lights. The CVT tent is in excellent condition and was the largest one made at the time of purchase. The tent is positioned on a telescoping rack that has gas shocks inside the metal support tubes. Simply pull the pop pins on the 4 tubes, give the tubes a shake and the tent will rise to its final height. The pop pins then secure the tent in the up position. A room then attaches to the bottom of the tent. The tent has two ladders and an optional room divider. The wall of the tent that faces the trailer unzips so you can access the inside of the trailer. When you are ready to lower the tent simply pull the pop pins and turn on the winch with wireless controls. The winch pulls the tent down and the pop pins secure the tent in the down position. Included is the deep cycle battery used for power. The battery is about 5 years old so its probably going to need to be replaced soon. Also mounted to the trailer is a 10x10 CVT awning. The trailer has only been over pavement and forest service roads, sandy trails and no extreme trails or rocks. I am selling this because my family no longer fits in the tent and we only used the trailer twice over the last two years. This is very unique and I get asked about it all the time, most people at the gas station think it is a smoker! I do not know the weight. It is currently not titled because I did not have to title it in my previous state then I moved to Colorado and never used it. Photos will be added as soon as I can upload them.
