I have those to hold down my 4,500 pound boat, and that is with only two of them. They will have no problem holding that camper in.
What is the method to prevent the bottom of the camper from shifting in the truck bed?

What is the method to prevent the bottom of the camper from shifting in the truck bed?

The straps are doing a good job on preventing shifting. The camper is sitting on a rubber mat. We just got back from a long road trip where we went off road and the camper stayed centered the entire trip.

Just returned from a family road trip through NV. We had a great time chasing history, hunting ghost towns and soaking in all of the amazing views. We also jumped into CA a bit to check out the ghost town of Cerro Gordo. Soooo much to explore out there!

I have the largest model (Kenai) and I love the ratchet system. I didn't have to install anything extra and was able to just drop the camper in and strap it down quickly. I've been on some very rough roads, very off kilter at times and had zero issues. They are quite strong and for more than one to catastrophically fail at the same time would take a lot of force. These campers are light and most of the weight is down low, so they aren't going anywhere.
