Honda Transalp Brakes

If anyone knows you guys will. I have an old but cherry 89 Transalp, twin 650 with 10K on it and love it, the down side is the brakes being drums, they work well enough, but I like to clamp down on disks.

Is there a reasonable way to convert to disk brakes, like changing the wheels and mounting calipers and what's your best guess at the $$$ damages to do it?
