I know that many people have said this on this forum many times before, but I feel compelled to repeat the sentiment. Adventure Trailers commitment to customer satisfaction and their willingness to listen, work with, and help their customers is outstanding.

After several weeks of working with Martyn and Mario in preparation for the trailer to ship I have to say that this has been a great experience. They are both so knowledgeable in so many areas that this shouldn't go overlooked.

It's a comfort to receive well thought-out answers to many of the questions that I've had in getting the trailer and my tow rig ready. You instantly recognize that they've done it all before and have sorted out many of the common problems. Their willingness to listen and work with me has been a bonus far beyond what I would normally expect from a reputable company. So, there, I just wanted to get that out there, because they deserve all the thanks and praise...they seem to earn it every day.

Now that things are getting very close to the ship date, I feel like a kid in a very, very big candy store...kinda like all these at the same time: :jumping::wings: :D :chowtime:  :jumping:

I agree, I am in my fifth year of ownership and they have always been great to deal with and willing to bounce ideas off let alone the level of support they provide for their product. :26_7_2:

Those sound interesting. We're gonna have to plan something soon. I can't wait for this thing to get here.

The first trip should be an easy one to shake out you and the trailer.

It's been a while since I have had the little one out so I will need to relearn where everything goes and what to pack. I took the trap off it today and took it for a trip over to Expert off-road for something to do.

What did the guys at EOR think? Had they seen it before?

You know, Stephen built my sliders and all my skid plates. He does some great work. Kevin has a lot of good advice too. They know their stuff.

I gotta learn how to weld though. Custom work can add up quickly when you're paying T&M.

What, are you psychic?

How did you know we picked it up just a few hours ago?

Man, it sure is sweet.

I was too tired to figure out how to set up the tent, but that's first on the list tomorrow morning.

Good to hear the trailer arrived safe and sound. Let me know if you have any questions. It would be wonderful to see pictures of the trailer being used.

Make sure you use the left handed, metric, crescent wrench set we included. :jump:

Yes congrats! You're going to love it. We just got one last month and even though it has not yet made it's maiden voyage I'm still having fun playing around with it. Well it did kinda make a voyage last week while I ran some local errands around town. Much to the chagrin of my wife! I hope to get it out soon if we get some warmer weather. Funny thing is that the fridge seems to be getting plenty of use. I'm find myself buying more quality beer to fill it with. But the best part of that is the wife doesn't look in there.;)
