I suspect he's just saying that's a bit overkill for most. We're not trying to be annoying or wake the entire neighborhood. Just trying to get the attention of errant drivers, etc.
I got stock horns and these. Usually the air ones are reserved for those sitting at a green light texting or talking on the phone. Got it all covered.
