I really like the way it turned out and wished I would have done it earlier! In my case, I started to apply the second coat to early I guess (1.5 hours), so if you are going to do it I would recommend that you let it really set up before moving onto the second coat. Right now I am contimplating doing the rear quarters as well, but I was planning on cutting them for the greatest clearance in the future. . .

What's it going to look like after a few dirt runs? Tan?

I'm truely curious; other people have done this but I've never heard how it is later. Does dirt wash off or does it look like the undercoat that came standard under the truck? Basically dirt colored......

From my experience with my fender flairs coated, it cleans up in a snap. The only PITA is getting wax onto it, like any rubber or vinly part, it gets in and turns white. Other then that no problems to report yet with it.

There is a product called 'back to black' IIRC which will clean up any textured parts.
How does the herculiner compare to the non DIY stuff? I want to do mine but if it doesn't look good the wife won't be happy.

There is no question that something like line-x or rhinoliner would come out better. But, for 85 dollars and a full day of some body work and prep, with a few new tools, I am happy with the results.

Looks good....

I'd finish off the rear quarters if you have extra left (you should have plenty).

Even if you're going to cut later, I don't foresee the Herculiner making it any more difficult as this stuff is like attaching stickyback sandpaper to your sheetmetal.

So I decided to do a third coat, and it turned out great! It added a lot more consistency and 'smoothed' it out a bit. I really am happy with how this came out now. I think I am going to cut the rears and then finish the Herc!

Looks good Dylan!
I like the line of yours, better to not go over the fronts.

And regarding dirt. Mine has "Durbak" on it, holds every bit of dirt that touches it. Very hard to clean.
