Iceland: Because Puffins are Tasty

While I can't imagine a puffin being tasty (probably is a lot like merganser), the trucks and the breakfast platter sure look tasty. :chef:

Yep, the tire coolers are still attached ;)

We are off to an area further north tomorrow.

Here is a shot testing the 44" 120 TLC on the sand

Awesome!!

What is the nature of this trip to see/explore iceland or play/test with arctic trucks?

I would really like to spend 2 wks there. Do the ring road then rent a superjeep to explore the glaciers and highlands!

Please keep us updated with anything we should know for those of us who wish to see Iceland sooner than later.

We had a great adventure traveling between the two glaciers and crossing the highest road in Iceland. Some of the snow conditions were extreme and only the TLC on 44" tires could break trail. Other times, speed was the only answer.

That it is. And I have glaciers and mountains right out the back door and I still dream of getting back to Iceland. Did you get out on the water? There is some amazing coastline around that little rock in the north Atlantic.
