ICON Coilovers

I have ICON Vehicle Dynamics Coilovers on my Runner.
I'm thinking of checking and if necessary charging them this weekend.
Unfortunately I can't remember what charge has to be there. Is it suppose to be 200 or 250psi?
Does anyone knows specs for charging coilovers?

I got mine rebuilt last sumer (old Donahoes). As per ICON, they leave new with 250 psi though they recommended charging them to 200 psi.
Why are you recharging them, are they rattling?

I mentioned that when hard cornering at high speed I bottom the outer coilover. Want to check if they still charged and what the rate now.

So 200psi. Interesting why new are 250 while recharge to 200???
