Don't know anything about this particular unit but the camper on the back looks like a standard military ambulance box. The one you are looking at may have been modified and customized on the inside. Yeah, $20K does seem a little how. Guess it depends on what kind of condition its in. Kind of hard to tell from the grainy low-resolution photos on Craigs list.
