In an Out through rear doors??

Give me some input if you will guys.

I have camped in my van a fair amount so far , but it has always been completely stripped on the inside. I am getting really close to starting my interior build out. I am sure about the basic design of 2 benches long ways down both sides at the rear. I am trying to decide if I want to connect the two benches across the rear in front of the rear barn doors. I think it would add alot of storage (underneath the bench with access doors to the rear).
Just wondering if I will regret blocking full access in and out rear doors??

Anyone done this and regretted it? Vice versa??

It makes a queen bed or a place to haul full sheets of ply wood, motorcycle or whatever. When the bed is set up I have a ton of useful storage space. I will get some more pics that's all I have now.
