International 4800 4x4 with box + flatbed; $22K

Came across this and thought it might make good toy-hauler camper for someone... a couple of motorcycles or a single-row side-by-side would probably fit between the box and the cab. Spend a couple grand converting the box and it would be a fun toyhauler for under $30k.

I think a smaller one of these popped up awhile
back and still had the crane or spool holder there? Unique setup to have that gap between cab and box. It’s a fiber optic line truck or similar, right?
