Im currently building a roof rack for the 80. Im trying make it like the INTI. Im using 1 1/4" for the outside base, 1" for the inside rails. Then Im going to put 2x4" welded wire mesh on that. Not quite as cool at the INTI all aluminum, but a little easier on the budget. Can anyone tell me the thickness of the round tubing?? Also looking for the height of the sides? The front J-can holder and main. I believe the light section is 6" inside dim, based on seeing license plates up there. Thanks and I will try and get some pics posted when it comes along a bit.
