Introducing "The Adventuremobile", my Homebrew Sportsmobile

Hi All,

I built this adventure rig earlier this year. It is a 2WD E250 with a 4.6L V8. I had Fiberine build and install the "super camper" high top. I use the van mostly for climbing trips. It gets 13.5-16 mpg depending on the type of driving I'm doing. I took it out for a month in BC and it was pretty sweet living in the van in a parking lot! I got a lot of awesome build ideas and inspiration from this forum, so I thought I would share my experience.

Here is the Imgur album of the build process: http://imgur.com/a/y8Pyy

Thanks, I picked up the propane tank off amazon. They are going for ~$200 I think. It's a flame king 10 gallon tank for RVs. The tolerances were super close, but it fits. Here is a diy album I put together of mounting the propane tank. https://imgur.com/a/iVI8I
