Um... don't tell my 4runner... But I WANT THAT FJ60!!!!!!!!!!!

Now if it were diesel I might seriously think about going into some major debt for it.

Either way, NICE truck mate, I don't know if I could part with her.

Cheers

Hey Chuck B... just checking out your sig... I've got a 740 turbo wagon and will also take a cruiser, any cruiser! Got a couple o' bites on the volvo but the wifey thinks a cruiser would be silly now as we are trying to get out of dodge in our ford and travel north and part of central for a year... good luck on your cruiser quest!

How do you like the ARB steps? I have been looking at sliders for my 60 but with a 2 year old it needs to be more step than slider considering the amount of time it spends on the road.

IMO I think your expectations are high. I would toss the restoration out of it especially after pointing out rust bubbles starting (what kind of restore was it if rust is now showing up?). Labor cost, unless it is something really custom, should be forgotten. Take all the bolt-ons and give them about 1/2-2/3 the retail price. There really isn't anything special about the truck that can't be easily bolted onto any other 60. No lockers, no gearing, nothing really technical has been done to it.

60s aren't that valuable unless they are pristine, and even that is sketchy. Diesel conversions even aren't that easy to sell these days.

I would be pretty happy with the near 10k bid you've got.

Best of luck!
