I run 32 or 33's with an H55 and 4.11's and highway RPM's are about 2200-2300 at 55-60mph which is a good spot for my diesel. I have an H41 in the FJ55 with 3.70's and 33's and it pulls well too and obviously the highway RPM's are lower. Both are powered with a turbocharged 3B diesel.
The main reason I went to 4.11 with the BJ60 was because the engine is not as strong as the FJ55 right now (BJ60 has over 500,000kms and the FJ55 engine is at maybe 10,000 miles).
