Land Rover Series Rear Door Build / Modification

I have a 1971 Land Rover Series IIA Dormobile. I am planning on modifying the rear door much like what Dan Grec did for the rear tailgate of his Jeep around Africa. The plan is to replace the rear door panel with a bit of aluminum for structure and then a table and tool organization like Dan. I have the stove / sink in the Dormobile, but like the idea of cooking on the folding table outside if weather permits.

So the question is, what have you done to your rear door? This could be something other than Land Rover. I do not want to bolt on / attach a million items to show how many overland badges I have, this is more about functionality.

I am thinking a fire extinguisher if it can be located in a handy spot. The utensil storage like Dan. Possibly a bottle opener, hook for a trash bag or even paper towels? Any other ideas / examples of what you have done?

I hinged my original tailgate and then cut down an old rusty station wagon door for the top.
Definitely makes it easier to climb in the back
Just a suggestion.
