LED Utility Lamps

I don't know where the bashing is coming from. I am trying to be up front about the information that I have.

Except who makes the lights that you started a thread on.

Maybe it was a bit premature to start this thread? Especially if you are not willing to tell us who makes the lights, and where we can buy them?

Thanks for the link.
I get these guy's (maybe not the same company) contacting me quite often about wanting to sell via my forum.
You can tell they are overseas too, right off the bat.
Off raod light
Same as the emails I get, poor spelling.

We get nailed with spam from these companies on a daily basis. Thank god for Posini! I have looked into a few of them and have found them all to be reverse engineered lights that are already on the market.

i dont get the bashing either,,, intentions of testing for possible import and re-sale was pretty clear to me.

"The truth shall set you free" - thanks for the info and the link. Reading the shipping info, 25 pcs per carton .. ? Looks like they only want to sell, ship quantity. Might send them an email, get some pricing info.

We should form an EXPO buyers union, and I'm only half joking. We buy them, we use them, we talk about them. Makes sense to me. Then maybe we can all get some good pricing on select items. If we had enough 'oomph' behind it, maybe get expedited shipping, no waiting for months. There is power in numbers ... let's get organized. Yea, right ... ? lol.

These lights are quake proof and anti explosion !!!

Don't sweat a bunch of hack giving you a hard time. I hope you strike a deal with the manufacture and create a business marketing them if that is your intention. That's basically what a few of the vendors on this site do...purchase components, assemble something unique, brand it, and resell. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this, that's business. If I were sourcing components with the intention of creating a business around it, I wouldn't share my sources and give away my research. Now, if you claim to be the manufacture of said product and that your junk is better than everyone else's without improving the product, that might might deserve some bashing :) Good luck with your continued research.

:iagree:

X2

We have other Vendor /Sponsors who have concealed their suppliers in the past. As stated above...it's business. Good luck

Quality LED Lighting already available

Why not look into lights that are already tested, proven, and readily available?

Right here.

Maybe he didn't want to spend $120

Maybe not. I thought the other lights weren't already available. I was trying to offer an alternative that's well built, runs on little power (approx 1A), and provides great light for camp and reversing, and it's available now. But yes, they're a bit more expensive...good stuff usually is.
