I'm looking to mount 4 lightforce 170s to my ARB roof rack (full size). Has anyone done this or have a pic with it installed.

I'm wondering if I need additional brackets and such. Thanks.

You will not need additional brackets, in your ARB you have some wind noise suppressors (4) wich you can use to mount your lights!

Now the question should be how are you planning to get the electrical wire into your rack, do you know the resistance times lengh?

The 170s can not be directly mounted. There is a lack of space.

I think a 4' defender light cage works.

I realized it was too much money, work and headache. No roof rack lights for me.

You can see I had in this picture four lights mounted on my ARB, I had the Lightforce in the same place at some point!

Are those 140s or 170s? 170s wouldn't fit on mine. 140s probably could. Did you drill into the tube? That's exactly the set-up I wanted.

I got the noise holes too, but my 170s won't fit without brackets. I think you had the 140 Lance.

I'm trying to see if a 1" wide bracket will work (that's the width of the noise hole).

Also looking into a 4' light cage for a defender. You've resparked my drive to do this.
