Lighting equipment

Hey guys, and gals, I'm looking for some advise on lighting for my roof rack. Need to know where to buy equipment. All my local stores don't offer LED lighting. On-line would be great, but there are so many choises. I'm looking to use as little of power as possible but get the most out of the batt. Thanks in advance.

Do you plan to run the lights all that much while the engine is off? Vision-X is "the LED company", but you'll lay out a ton of money to get their products. If you're mostly concerned about emergency/camp setup lighting, I'd just go with some inexpensive utility 12V lights (rubber encased tractor style). If battery capacity is truly a concern (only the case if you're running the lights with the engine off or idling for hours on end), than a cheaper (and more economically sensible IMHO) option would be a dual battery setup.
