Looking for a GIANT trailer tongue box made of Alum

I'm looking for an Alum tongue box that is NOT made of diamond plate alum. Typical ones are 36" long or wide, depending on what you call it. Something along the line of 60" wide/long would be ideal for my application. If I had a press break, I could probably make it but I don't have a TIG, nor do I know how to weld Alum with a TIG machine. I suppose using the spool gun with the MIG machine would work but it sure won't be pretty. I'm guessing the thickness needs to be around 1/8" at the least?

Anyway, just looking for ideas/vendors from the forum folks.

Doesn't Get Out Enough
There are some 48in wide tongue boxes out there, but aluminum always seems to be diamondplate. The biggest capacity I've seen is a ~7.25cuft DeeZee box, but it's only just over 30in wide and is taller/deeper than most to get that capacity.

Probably best to have someone make one to your specs.

Thanks for the ideas, I'll go check them out. Adrenalin trailer has one that I'd love to buy/build. Theirs is SS which would be rather heavy but if they have one that I can buy and it won't break the bank, I'd consider it. I've sent them a PM on FB.

You might consider a custom drybox similar to what they use for rafting. I had one made by http://www.eddylinewelding.com/ for my tongue and it is great. You can have it made to your exact specifications. Not cheap but getting exactly what you want typically isn't.

We will probably use one of these boxes after we extend the tongue of our trailer.
Price seems reasonable when compared to a nice trailer specific box.
I'd prefer the rectangle vs. the standard angled boxes.

I'm not seeing what I want out there so I'm leaning toward building my own out of 0.090" Alum 5052. This will give me an excuse to TIG some Alum and learn a new skil. I was going to have to hack up a standard box for my needs anyway so I figured on just starting from scratch and build one. The tongue will get extended in the process, hopefully no more than two feet but we'll see. I'm still designing everything and getting a reality check in the process as you can imagine.

I'm looking for something like this on the Adrenalin rush camper but made of ALUM. I'm talking about the front box, not the rectangular one. But, I'm open for a rectangular one like the one in the pic as well and turn it into a pullout kitchen drawer. Something similar to the Kamparoo kitchen which is made of SS http://www.kamparoo.com/kitchen.htm

I've been looking too for a large tongue box but it doesn't matter if it's diamond plate or not so long as it's really wide and tall. Here's what I've found so far. Not quite 60 wide but pretty wide... Also Jobox and Delta Pro make up to 48" wide tongue boxes but they are pricey.
