Looking for seat belts in ambulance

I am new to this so please pardon my potential ignorance. I just purchased a 2000 E450 Type III Ambulance. The gentleman I bought it from had removed the seat belts from the bench seat and I am in need of replacing them as I am a family of 5 and need the additional seats. Any help as to what they can be replaced with or if you know where to find the replacements would be appreciated. Looking at pics of ambulances I’m not sure how the originals worked with the female end being on the bottom and what looks like a single lap belt near the hip. Luckily I’ve never had to ride in an ambulance... but here we are.
