Looking to buy Tacoma

Have you considered a 4runner or maybe a old sequoia? Decent aftermarket and a bit wider in the rear seat. Then get a small utility trailer for extra gear or a decent roof rack. Should work fine. Plus a 4runner is a good dd

Yes we have a nice trailer with a RTT already. And what ever I get as well as hers will have a rack I consider that a must, we just have to much junk to carry with us. I just realy haven't seen a sequoia I like or realy fixed up to what I consider a nice rig. I have looked at the 4 runner but in most comparisons the land cruiser wins, or at least what I've seen

I have a family of 5 and we fit the double cab tacoma 2013 perfectly. Decent pulling a light trailer (17' hybrid travel trailer - 2200lb dry weight - much bigger than your traiiler) and plenty of space for the kids. Fits 2 booster seats and a car seat with space to spare. Can only do one rear facing really, but unless you have twins, that is generally not an issue. I love it. I did a Rancho Quick lift to level it and get a better ride. I'm running Procomp tires in stock size and pretty much get the advertized mileage. if you are pulling, use 91 octane gas - it does make a difference. Great daily driver. I'm planning to go to 235/85r16 tires when these ones wear out.

yeah, go drive them, when i bought my taco i had my heart set on it. i had driven them, ridden in them, wheeled in them. and honestly at first i didnt like the body style or the look, i liked the first gen better. but after i went from one instantly to the other i could feel the upgrades. i changed my mind that quick.

Look at the 1st gen Double cab Tundras as well. A little bigger than the tacoma, but not as huge as the new tundras. Cheaper price too. With the v8 gas milage will be the same and better when loaded up than the tacoma.

I agree with this!! ^^^
