Nice ERV! 4000+ hours and 100k miles work out to around 25mile/hour estimate. Not too bad, maybe a little high idle time.

3500 hours is about the average for 100,000 miles.
7.3 school buses usually have 9,000 to 11,000 hours for roughly 120,000 miles
Keep in mind it was owned by the red cross. It would not have been used like a regular ambulance. (No idling waiting on service calls)
I am thinking it was more of a command unit used with shore power.
