Maintenace Items

Lately I have been concerned with two maintenance issues on the horrizon. My 2000 Taco has 230,000 miles on it, actualy more since I never corrected my speed/odometer and running 315 75 R17. The fuel pump and clutch are the items I am concerned with. What has been the trend out there in expo land for these items?

I replaced the clutch on my 4Runner at 150k. I am the 3rd owner though, so who knows how far I could have gone had I put all the miles on the truck myself.

As for the fuel pump, I've never heard of needing to replace it as preventative maintenance. I have 180k on the 4Runner and have yet to have an issue with it.
