This is the medium sized model with the Annex that can have another room zipped on. I ordered it with the heavier fabric to make it last. The Tent has been garage or carport kept its whole life with a cover over the cover. It is in Great shape and comes with a brand new memory foam mattress topper. No rips or tears and only a little bit of fading on the logos on the vinyl travel cover.
If you were to buy it new you would spend around $950-1000 + $200 to get it shipped to you.

Holds 2 people plus gear. Made with an upgraded poly-cotton coated fabric from the Expedition Roof Top Tent material. Available in green and tan. Comes with a 2.5" thick mattress that measures 94" long by 55" wide when open. To keep weight down an aluminum base, frame and telescopic ladder adjustable from 45 in up to 81 in tall are used. Options include a ladder extension (RTT 7006) and changing room (RTT 8005). The Overland Plus comes with an extension on the tent designed to be used with a fully enclosed changing room (RTT 8005).
