I love the Eastern Sierras as well as the drive up the 395. There is so much to see and explore but sometimes, old habits die hard and I find myself returning to a few favorite places. Monache is one of those places.
Anyways....I recently took a rather serious promotion at work which involved several unfinished hiring decisions and other stress inducing factors so I needed to get out of town and decompress to catch my breath. My wife was not much of an explorer/camper/4 wheeler when I met her but she is now my wheeling/camping buddy and I wanted to share one of my favorite places with her so Monache it was. After some Jeep drama we finally left this past Friday and returned late Sunday. I don't have alot of pix but please enjoy the ones I do have.
