Well after some delays the project is starting to take shape. Here's the details so far:
- 4x6 overall box size with an interior width of about 44"
-'C' channel frame and cross members for a little weight saving
-SOA leaf set up (still need to add some shocks)
-corners are round tube with an inner slip-tube for raising the RTT to 80" to bottom of tent
-deck is 10 guage DP, deck height sitting at 30"
-35" tires on 18" wheels
-side cross tubes tacked in at 24", but have decided to raise the sides to match the corner tubes at 30"
-rear gate will be a 5' bi-fold ramp gate folding at 30"
-front tongue will house an expanded metal 'catch-all' box and trailer tongue box for battery and solar
-fenders not attached and will be stretched and cut to integrate into a tube side step structure
