My 2005 Horizon Trailer Build/ refit

Just a better picture of it outside the paint shop. As you can see its most defiantly black. Really stoked with how it turned out. Its now just waiting to be picked up and returned to the shop to get everything installed back on it.

Care to share the source for the fuel fill device you installed. Nice looking AT. Hope the Linex stays clean, it has a tendency to dirty up real quick.

The fuel fill is by fuel safe - ordering this was the easiest part of this install... not recommended unless you have a lot of spare time and dont mind cutting big holes in your truck.

My whole truck has been linexed for almost 18mo now and looks as good as it did new. It does get dirty but nothing a hose and some soap hast been able to remove.

cheers

Cheers Mario, I'm starting to get really excited. Believe it or not i've done all this work without even seeing it yet.

I just ordered a 120W foldable powerfilm from you guys I plan on getting some clips put in the cover of the globetrotter to secure it... think i should have enough power then.

6 weeks until i get on the road!

Trailer looks great. Would you mind sharing how much the Line-X job cost? Did you get the Line-X Xtra?

Thanks mate,

I'm not sure what the Line-x Xtra is im assuming its the higher grade UV protectant.. If thats the case then yes i did. It was a little over $650 for the entire trailer. I thought it was a pretty good price compared to repainting or powder coating... Which is why I Line-x'd my whole truck last yr rather than re paint it. People are always coming up to me and asking whats on my truck and how cool it looks.
Another bonus is that its super simple and cheap to repair if it is damaged.

You must be in good hands then. The 120 watt panel is a rocking good unit, you won't be disappointed, even at the higher & lower latitudes you should be covered for daily fridge requirements. We hope your travels will bring you through Prescott. I'd be honored to show you a couple of our very special spots. Drop me a line and let me know your travel plans. BTW, $650 is an extremely good price on the Line-X....nearly at cost in my experience.
