Thanks for the kind words. It has been a crazy few months. Brentbba do you have any shots of your action packers set up?

It's not a great pic as I still have things strapped down from the last trip and I have a 4' table strapped down on top of everything. You can see the two action packers at the rear of the trailer. They fit side by side perfectly.

ok so we are about 3 weeks away from our Expedition America 8K. Trailer prep going on this week in my office warehouse.

The last major item I'm hoping to have in time before we leave will be the new axle with the jk bolt pattern. Dying to put the Savegre's on the trailer with matching tire size to the Jeep. Anyone have info on where to find spacers to change the bolt pattern from 5 x 112 to 5 on 5?

Great looking trailer! I have been looking for wheel adapters myself lately, and these guys advertise in a lot of forums I'm on. I called them and they were very helpful. I'm not familiar with their products but they looked nice on the website. You may give them a try.

Trailer Shower Setup

So the shower is finally complete and setup. Its based around the idea of a semi permanent installation with the ability to quickly remove all connections and associated hardware.

I started with a 40 Liter Water Tank and Holder kit from Frontrunner - This allows me to carry 10.57 gallons dedicated to just shower use for the dogs, the gf, and myself.

Then we used the Raco quick connect that came with the tank.
1. has a shutoff valve built in
2. has threaded cap that holds the quick connect in place, allows for super fast removal without tools

Male quick connect adapter (male thread end)

Female mender to 1/2" barb end

Water Pump 90 degree barb fittings

1/2" braided hose was used throughout

quick adapters were mated to 25' rv/camper water hose

Ecotemp LP 5 heater with female thread quick connect adapter

This setup should work pretty well for our needs and allows me to move the shower away from the trailer if need be. the power from the pump will come an AT outlet box that is mounted in the trailer body and connected to the battery in the nose box. Last item i'm searching for is a coiled shower head hose.

Packing and

Final Packing and prep to the trailer. All items are what we were planning on taking. Had to leave 1 action packer behind along with the second water tank. It wouldn't fit with all the clothing and personal items for the dogs and ourselves.

Interior Lighting and Table holder

The LED work light is from AT. It has 2 modes red/white for keeping your night vision intact. Its wired directly to the Deka AGM and is protected with conduit all along the wiring routing.

The table holder was fashioned out of aluminum and is felt lined. It fits the AT chaser table perfectly. We added earth magnets as well as new dowel holes for my fender bolts. It holds steady to the fender and the magnets work perfectly. The clamp holder is a cool design cam action lever. It locks the table in place and has a rubber stopper to prevent table damage. It is also adjustable as the stopper wears and the stopper is replaceable should we ever need.

The jerry can holder was just a simple addition in case we ran in to issues trying to open the spare gas cans at altitude.
