A really first class job on the trailer. It looks so at home next to your rig and will be sweet being towed behind it. Great pride in workmanship.
I like the addition of the pneumatic wheel on the tongue jack. If we "borrow" that idea we'd call it the "Rezarf Wheel".

I'd still love one of your trailers, but sometimes it is more about the journey than the destination. I thought building myself a trailer I would come out ahead in the $ department. All I can say is your trailers are the best deal going for the price. I can't really see how you get your trailers to the market at the price you do, if I had to add in my time, I would have to charge about a kerbillion dollars for one!
Feel free to call it the "Rezarf Wheel"
It works great around the garage, and it is removable from the skid if you'd ever need to remove it. Makes it a breeze to move around and over little bumps. Thanks for the nice words, I can't wait to get out and use it!

I haven't weighed the trailer yet, but I am thinking I am somewhere around 800-1000lbs with everything bolted on... but dry.
I would do LOTS differently. I am going to make a dedicated website once I am done with a full write up on this kind of stuff. However, off hand I would have explored a real suspension at the start... I will probaly knock that out over the next few years. I learned tons too much to list here.

I am really struggling with the build vs buy on this project. The AT is soooo close to what I want and I know that I couldn't build it for what they are asking for them. I also really enjoy building in the garage so a winter project would be nice. I own a CDM M101 and like the trailer, but after seeing this build, and Henry Cs conversion of his trailer, I think a scratch build is a better way to go.
Again, nice job and I look forward to your dos and don't list!!

I have been following your build and keep forgetting to book mark the Mud Site. Been going to page two to find the link everytime, just to keep up with the build. The dedicated Web Site will be a hit.

Looking forward to some action shots of it loaded and crawling.
I'm going to build one simular to yours using your outside deminsions next fall. Been collecting parts for some time now. The only difference is mine will be electric remote steerable with IFS suspension from a small Isuzu pickup. This will give it a really low center of gravity. And thinking of bagging it for suspension tuneablility. Oh and electric disc brakes!
I've really enjoyed following your build.
