Not yet. I had to move it in the driveway yesterday and I could have sworn it was coming from the transfer case. However, I am HOPING to get time this weekend to do a plethora of work on it...all adjustable control arms off the ZJ, springs up front, JKS quick discos from the ZJ, all new u joints (2 wheels, 3 per driveshaft), and a SYE installed on a different transfer case (had to get one with the exposed shaft), and a Boostwerks transfer case shift linkage.

I'm hoping that will help me narrow down the noise. easier.

Perhaps the range fork in the T-case.

I don't have a front driveshaft in, but that is very similar to the sound, only not quite as loud! Thanks for in input, I'll let you all know as soon as I get done this weekend.

Well, Murphy was in full force all day yesterday. I didn't get anything done really. Everything I did was a step back it seemed like. The major thing was none of my adjustable control arms from the ZJ would come apart...every single one was seized up after 2 years of being on the ZJ...
