Need a source for new tires

Hello,

I need to buy in the USA 6 NEW michelin XZL 395/80 20 or Continental HCS 395/85R20 or Michelin XZL Wide Base 425/65R22.5
Since the tires will be imported in to Mexico, I need to buy them NEW from a tire dealer and not on e-bay or a military surplus.
Can someone share with some information on where to start looking ?
I tried some dealers that I found online but they won't even answer my e-mails
