An update...
I figured an update was due to let you know how my beadlock / bolt problem will be resolved. I spoke to the manufacturer and they suggested sending me some .190" spacers to put between the wheel and beadlock. Before calling them, I'd formulated an alternative plan to put 3 washers on each bolt between the wheel and beadlock, which was about .200", so not far off the manufacturers own spacer size. I'm expecting the rings before this week-end. The spacer rings and ground shipping was free, but I'm paying for Express shipping instead.
I've also located a dealer of Unbrako bolts (part number 04104) in Montreal (Industrial Steel 514-389-7891) and will be picking them up tomorrow. They're just under $0.50 CDN ea. Tensile strength is rated at 9670lbs, compared to a Grade 8 bolts which is 7850lbs (5/16" coarse thread).
