Need some trailer tire size advice

I have 275/70/18 tires on my Jeep, but I have 17" wheels for the trailer I'm building. I'm trying to decide on a proper sized tire for the trailer so I dont have to run a spare. I want to match it so I can use the Jeep's spare on the trailer if need be, but I'm worried about running mismatched sizes.

The overall diameter of the Jeep tire is 33.27"
The overall diameter of the trailer tire I'm looking at is 33.19"

Is this close enough to not have any issues on the highway?

thanks for any insight you can provide.

I think that is close enough in static height.
The trailer will have no problems being it is not a drive axle.
It is just along for the ride.

I am assuming that the lug sizes are the same (5 on 5, 5 on 4.5, etc)? The only concern I would have is the depth of the rims. If they work on both trailer and vehicle, I don't think that small of a height difference will make a difference or cause any problems (you could always air down the vehicle slightly to match heights if it was a concern). I imagine if you had to use your spare for the trailer, it would only be for a short period anyway.
