Ok, how about new to pop-up truck camper frame construction?

I think what Gabe is laughing about is that it may be a new product for Hallmark but Gabe and AT have been using the product for years. :)

While it is a wonderful product, it's expensive, difficult to work with (dust and glass fibers), and needs to be coated.

They didnt get much weight savings because they didn't change that much. Plywood is after all a composite too. The construction methods are still 'old school'. But it does allow them to offer a new 'up to date' product while using their standard techniques and assembly line.

When they go frameless/monocoque that will be newsworthy.

Sorry, my bad.
