MIght be the smaller size.

I think the current Ranger is a great size for town. I wouldn't say "no" to the extra beef but the increased payload it would be a lot more useful if they brought back the supercab/6ft.

A modern fullsize turns into a whale pretty quick on some trails.

Fullsizes struggle overseas. Being the odd truck out they don't run in everyone else's wheel tracks and their tires suffer for it.

These are built in Thailand, correct?

As others have stated. It would be great to see one with a diesel in the states.

I love it. Would take that green one in a heartbeat.

I like it. If my trailer wasn't so long and I wanted the long wheelbase for towing stability, this truck would be awesome.

Me personally, I'd rather have this and a smaller trailer.

Basically what's pictured above would be perfect for me.

Bingo. Really depends where you live - out in the desert, this probably doesn't make much sense.

Here in BC, we have many, many, miles of de-activated and overgrown forestry roads to explore. Hate threading through trees with my 1 ton, but a midsize doesn't have the payload for 1+ week off grid + dirt bike.

I would buy one of these instantly if they came to Canada. Most of our trails are very tree heavy, and Jeep width. This thing would be absolutely perfect sized (as is my current Ranger), but with far better towing, payload, and range. 130L tank is double what I have now. Would bring my range up to 800-1000km STOCK, comes with 33s, and would need zero suspension work.

Yeah, I'm a bit torn up over the fact that we aren't getting this. Try fitting a full size down your average trail most places in Canada, and you won't make it past the entrance.

If these did come to the US, what kind of pricing do you think we'd see? A quick search says the truck will be $100k Australian dollareedoos, which is ~$65k US. So I'm guessing this would be north of $75k here in the states?
