Just checking it out here & wanted to say hey. I just bought a 2000 WJ and plan on building it up. I have a friend on here (SoCalFJ) who's going to help me out with it!

Looking forward to meeting all of you!

Glad you joined up dude. There's a ton of good info here, not to mention the people are some of the nicest you'll ever meet!

Thanks! I'll be posting pics as the build progresses. Here it was as I bought it....

I didn't especially like all the chrome around the headlights....so those were immediately replaced....

Plans are in the works (and parts are ordered) for 2" lift with new shocks, and 31" BFG All Terrains. It's my first 4 wheel drive, and I'm really excited about using it!

Welcome We can always use another jeep guy

Thanks! I have a lot to learn still...I'm a new Jeep guy...my last ride was a 2002 Dodge Ram. Looks like I'm in the right place to learn what I need to!

Yah, I know. Just playin. I've seen his Jeep, nice crawler. Can't wait for the build up. I hope you don't stack 5 cans of fuel up on your roof rack. :)

YOU can't wait for the build up? I was hoping it would ship out in for it bo be installed this weekend (coil spacers & shocks...nothing extreme....at least yet!). I was orginally told this would all ship Monday. I spoke to them today and they said "1-2 more days for the shocks, then it'll ship with a 2 day transport."

AARRGGHHH!!!!!!

I was really looking forward to having this part done this weekend! I'm sure Dave was too so he wouldn't have to hear me yapping about it all the time!

I won't be stacking fuel cans up on my roof. Would probably get stolen or syphoned out here in my hood! LOL!!!!

Maybe I'll have to consider 55 gallon drums in the backyard.......
