Hows it goin? I've lurked on here for a while, but finally decided to join.

I'm a huge fan of expo rigs, and I've been slowly building my xj up to work well for road trips, rock crawling, sand, mud, and snow.

Specs-
-2001 Cherokee, 4.0L, aw4, np231.
-Rigidco front bumper
-C4x4 rear tire carrier
-Aj's offroad super rails
-Frame stiffeners
-Swapped in Dana 30 HP out of a 90 xj (converted to non disco)
-Solid Cover, lock rite, go fer it tie rod flip, lca skids
-Chrysler 8.25, zj disk brakes, ruff stuff cover, bumpstop plates
-4.56 gears in both.
-Rubicon Express 3.5 inch Lift
-Old Man emu shocks
-Rough Country long arms
-Extended bumpstops
-RE sye kit

-Moab rims from a tj rubicon.
-Currently wrapped in 265/75/r16 A/t's.

Its about to get much better, Im getting a set of 255/85/r16 Maxxis Bighorns. Its a sweet tire! I'll post pics when I get them.

Love this. My build is going a very similar direction. Did you have any rubbing with the 265's an 3.5" lift? If so, what was your fix?

Sweet jeep! My son is coming back home from school Colorado and were working on his 98 xj , doing the same RE 3.5 lift . Did you do the Super flex or the super ride?

Nice rig! And you'll love the Maxxis BigHorns! They are a great all around tire, and wear great on the road, even though they have an M/T tread.

Thanks guys. Kind words.

I dont rub on 265's, but I have cut out the fenders as far as I can before the flare mounting holes are gone. The rear flare is relocated flush with the door opening also.

And it is heavily bumpstopped, but it barely limits flex. Down travel ******.

I've done my Homework for sure. I could have gone straight to 33's like most do, but I focused on making it ready for 33's, instead of just hacking t up.

Thanks. You did a great job with the flares, the look untouched until
you look very close. I prefer the stock look.
