Where on the wheel can I look to see if they are 7" or 8". If they are 8" I won't have to get different rims for my new 32/11.50s coming.

I ran 32x11.5 tires on a 7' wheel for a few years, many did actually. A little better for bead retention while aired down.

Are the ZJ canyons 5.25" backspacing? I recently picked up a 98 ZJ with them.

So here's the scoop!! I talked to Scott yesterday at American Spring. As of yesterday they were just waiting for the coil springs to get done powder coating. I should have the complete kit on Monday. Also I picked up 4 Maxxis Bighorns from a buddy of mine. Discount Tire has the 15x8 black steel wheels that I will be putting the tires on. I just got my SYE in and will be installing that along with a YJ front driveline. Should solve any vibration issues. All in all, I'm looking to sit around 5" higher than stock. I can't wait.

BTW, a buddy and I will be installing the lift this coming Tuesday and Wednesday if anyone would like to come help. Lemme know, I'll buy lunch and stuff.

The good old Dana brothers...went to HS with a lot of them, and Scott has always done right.

Check out the 68 Powerwagon next door to his shop, at the transmission place.

You wont need a drop pitman arm with that lift.

For the DL, are you using a YJ front driveline, or one from a 231/AW-4 XJ?

If you need longer brake lines, go for the YJ ones as well as they are much longer than XJ ones.

On XJs, the DPAs are more of a last ditch to try and correct steering angles. He'll be better off with a good adjustable trackbar, and a different steering set-up.

Now, with that said, a DPA is much cheaper than a new steering set-up, and will work for 95% of the folks out there.

So, yes and no, depending...savvy?

gotcha;) ....all I know is that the DPA and the Adj track and the quick disco's helped bring my alignment back.

I'll have to keep an eye out for that rig. Looks good.

BTW, some guys from my office and I are going wheeling on the 14th in Sedona. Lemme know if you are available.
