Well, time for an update.
It took me a while to get all the necessary bits and pieces together.
As it sits currently, I went with Bilstein 5100 front and rear shocks set at 2" level. They ride extremely nicely, compared to the worn out shocks I had previously. I went with aftermarket rims that are 17", since the selection in 18" tires is quite limited, and expensive. BFG AT KO2s in 285/70/17 on Mickey Thompson Classic III's.
The Thule rack i managed to find on Kijiji, and swapped out the smaller bars for the longest ones they have. I can fit my 12' boat and my canoe side by side.
Most of the logging trucks around here will run channel 13 on the CB, and our hunting trips out west see us on some major trucking routes, so I installed a Cobra 29 LX CB radio with a firestik antenna. I'm planning on adding a 2m Ham eventually. Gotta learn more about them and get my license.
Garmin Astro 320 is mounted to the dash with a Ram mount. We use it for tracking our pointing dog Wilma, as well as for navigation. The interior is beige, which really shows black dog hair and muddy dog feet, so I put some cordura seat covers on, which are really nice.
Here's the beast:
The KC daylighters are currently off of it, I sent them back under warranty because they kept leaking water inside them and blowing the fuse.
Next on the list is to sort out some kind of deck/drawer system for the bed.
