Sweet Patrol! Looking good!

I was wondering if you know what's up what that new law Italy has introduced regarding winter tires, with speed index up to 160km/h, being illegal from mid june to mid october (or something like that? Are M+S tires being considered winter tires in Italy? If so, than even BFG AT, MT and basically any other mud terrain tire will be illegal in summer in Italy. Or are they only illegal when the speed index of that tire is below the max speed the car is capable of? Hope you have some insight on this.
We're planning on going to Switzerland, Italy and France this summer, and I would be very sad if we have to skip Italy because of this.

The table Arpenaz I bought two, one serves as a kitchen table and the other to eat though combined over / under and create the walls with aluminum panels will create a large box that will contain everything you need to eat / cook sit http:/ / www.decathlon.it/treppiede-pieghevole-arpenaz-id_8303449.html good idea to save weight and space, 3 of the 4 walls will be mounted in the table that makes kitchen walls as windproof for comfortable cooking and sheltered from the wind / dust.

Quiet Toy also come in Italy you expect with warm sunshine and cheer the rule is to the contrary ..... we allow you to travel in winter tires with a lower speed code and only then in the summer you have to change them.

If the speed code of your tires is marked in your registration certificate can travel throughout the year with only one set of tires.

-------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------

CODES OF SPEED - All other drivers are recommended to switch to conventional tires. Mind you, we said recommended, because there is no rule, nor a penalty for people who are driving with winter tires. The imposition of exchange by May 15 applies, in fact, only those who mount winter tires (identified by marking M + S Mud + Snow namely, that Mud + Snow) with speed ratings lower than those shown on the card circulation. No one could indeed travel with tires with speed ratings lower than those shown on the registration certificate. But during the winter period this derogation is permitted, the application of which is up to 15 May.

So if I understand correctly what you're saying is it IS allowed to drive on M+S tires with speed index Q when the maximum speed of the vehicle is less than this and is shown in the vehicle registration? Our vehicle registrations don't mention a top speed. So as I cannot prove my vehicle can't go any faster than 160km/h (speed index Q) it is illegal to have M+S tires on my vehicle, from may15 to october 15, correct?

No! I'm saying that in winter in Italy is possible (as an exception), install M + S tires with speed index of 'less than summer tires suitable for tires permitted in the certificate, but then in the summer you need to install summer tires with the correct index . if you want to keep the M + S must have an index of speed 'equal to or greater than the tires in certificate.

I hope now is clear ??
