awesome truck. i curse Nissan every morning i wake up, for not bringing the Patrol to North America.

:bike_rider: , I hear ya, really a factory SAS, relatively roomy, good ground clearance and dependable (Nissan) off roader is a marvel :victory: , but not everything that glitters is gold , it is rather heavy, not for spirited driving compared to newer Suvs and if you can live with 13 mpg fuel economy , well... but once you enter a gravel road, a beach , desert, rough terrain, the awsome ride makes you forget everything else... :ylsmoke:

PS : I have had a WD21 Pathfinder '95 , D21 Hardbody SAS V6 an R50 Pathfinder '01 too

i already get 13mpg and my R50 pathfinder is not exactly sporty.

My X gets about 17.5mpg on winter gas, mixed driving. 2007 OR. I used to get around 19-20 prior to putting on bigger and better OR tires and with summer gas.

1989 Nissan D-21 Sunrader V6 5sp

Hey everyone, just wanted to show some of my Nissan expedition pictures. I love my Sunrader--would love to do a 4x4 conversion. I believe I have the only 1989 Nissan Sunrader made--It has treated us well...extremely well built and a blast to own.

HAHAHA When I saw this picture (maybe cause of the grainyness :???: ) I thought you were gonna say something like "and here's when I bought this truck new in 90 whatever" ... Not 5 years ago... I don't know why I found thaty so funny but I did. I don't know, to me it just looks like an old picture to me.

Cool old Hardbody and a great find seeing as you only found it 5 years ago. Those old Nissans are alot like the old Toyota Hillux, simple and tough. [EDIT] Great bumper too, custom I'm guessing??? It look Home-Fab'd, very well made, but it looks home fab'd none the less I've never seen anything like it on a hardbody before. I really like how tight it is to the front for a plate bumper. It looks sweet for sure. What's the story on it??? The truck and the Bumper??? WHat motor is in it, a 4cyl or V6??? Tell us more.

Now seeing as you're new here we're gonna need some more pics of this cool older truck I swear, it's in the rules yeah no... seriously. :wings:

Speaking of Nissan D21 Hardbody, this used to be mine, after making a SAS, a V6 swap , I sold it for upgrading to my present Patrol Y61.
