Personally as much as I love these big rigs, I do think they limit where you can go.
Pinzgauer 6x6 (nice & narrow) would now be as big as I would go. But.......if you were heading East to the open steppes of Russia & Mongolia this would be hard to beat!

Seems like a good price to me (9k pounds) but I'm unfamiliar with the Ural line.

Has anyone looked at the videos the guy has linked in his ad? Check out the first one (with the volume down, the music sucks), especially around the one-minute mark. There's a tanker that fords a river, and you can see the tank trailer getting sideways in the current.
