NW Oregon Snow Run 03-30-2010

So, what do you know... NW Oregon (Cascades) get about 3 ft. of fresh powdery snow...

Anyways, went out and tried to find some fun - A W E S O M E fun that is...

Nice shots and nice Jeep! So did you go up the 46 road from detroit? And the waterfall, is that on the small spur road on the chunk of land between French Creek and the Breitenbush arm of Detroit Lake?

All that snow means the rivers will be PUMPING this spring!!!!!! At least something is going right in life... Great shots eh.

Yeah... 46 from Detroit... correct...

The waterfall... is one of my "hidden secret" places... :)

Yeah... its plenty of snow that it just got dropped up in the hills... in some areas up to 6ft. in the middle of the spring time...

Fantastic pics!!!!!!!!

I live for snow runs like that. 2 psi in the tires, low range and go anywhere you want. You're right, nothing beats snow on the hood from breaking trail...

Oh yeah... keeping the tire pressure low definitely helps...
